Charlie Baxter began his property career in the 1980s as an Estate Agent in Central London. During the early 1990s he joined Barratt Homes to manage a multi-million pound, part-exchange portfolio of residential properties before going on to set up the sales department of their West London headquarters.
In 2001, Charlie formed his own company, Alchemi Group, and has gone on to successfully manage over fifty property developments across central London and the USA. Now one of our most respected consultants, he brings a wealth of experience to every project from the very top of the property industry.
